2. How long does it take to receive an order?  
Typically Continental United States orders have a 2 to 7 working day delivery time depending on how far away you are from Cleveland, Ohio, which is where all Pro-Mold Products are shipped from. International orders are shipped within three to five business days and can be delivered within a few days as well.

3. What are the typical freight costs on an order and how are the orders shipped?
All orders shipped to the Continental United States have a $8 shipping and handling charge.  The shipping and handling charge is $8 no matter what size of the order. All orders in the Continental United States are shipped via Fedex. Orders outside the Continental United States may be shipped via FedEx or the United States Mail and will have additional freight charges.

4. Do you ship any other way besides FedEx?  
Yes. However, Continental United States orders will only be shipped FedEx.  Orders outside the Continental United States will be shipped either FedEx or United States Mail depending on what the customer prefers.

5. How can I track my packages?
You will receive a tracking number from FedEx once the order is shipped.

6. Is online ordering secure and will be credit card and personal information be kept confidential?
Anything you give us will only be used to process your order and will not be made available to any other party outside of Pro-Mold.

7. I do card shows right now and I do not have a tax resale number. Can I still buy Pro-Mold Products at wholesale prices?
We only give wholesale pricing to customers with a valid tax resale or vendors license.

11. The prices listed on the Web site seem a little high compared to your competitor's. Why is that?
You have to remember that we only charge $8 for shipping and handling on any sized order to the Continental United States. Larger items like the memorabilia holders are very expensive to ship, so the price of those may seem a lot higher then our competitors, but they are very competitively priced if you figure in the total cost with the shipping charges. It is our intent to have everyone in the Continental United States pay the same price for all of our products.

12. Which credit cards do you accept?
Right now we accept Visa and MasterCard. We now accept PayPal as well.

$8 Shipping Charge via FedEx Ground Service to the Continental United States only. Outside Continental United States plus exact freight charges. All orders from the United States ship from Cleveland, Ohio and take 2-7 business days to be delivered via FedEx. We do offer expedited shipping and you will be emailed your expedited shipping options after you place an order.

International Orders
There is a minimum order of $100 for all orders outside the United States including all APO and AFO addresses. We will email you the international shipping options after you place the order.
We will cancel the order if you don't like the freight options. Your credit card is not charged until we ship the order.

Return Policy 
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! All merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a Pro-Mold mistake, Pro-Mold will pay for return shipping charges. No merchandise can be returned after 30 days from the invoice date.
